| when i arrived in Athens after having sailed from Haifa, I grabbed a room with this british bird i met on the boat. we decided to eat at some random typical local greek resturaunt. after we order the server brought us our food, noticing we were not locals, he asked us where we were from. we told and then he inquiered about where`d we been traveling. we told him we`d been in israel for the better part of the year. he looked at us and gasped, then said, oh we don`t like you around here. huh, we said. oh he said don`t tell people where you`ve been at for all this time, people here don`t like Israel........that was my first meal in Greece, nice people |
