| Here`s an example of the illness and malaise affecting the media and the left wing. The article mentions: "...Federman`s Farm outpost evacuation..." This small clause of one sentence is already rewriting history and skewing the facts. Evacuation? The facts are that in order to "evacuate" the farm, the authorities ordered the army to attack the farm in the middle of the night, haul Federman and his family out of bed, throw them out of the house in their pyjamas, then bulldoze the house with all the contents still inside. You may not like Federman or what he stands for, you may not agree with the settlers, but you have to report the facts as they occurred, not as how you wanted them to occur. Ha`aretz is complicit in warping reality and lying about the facts. The farm was not "evacuated", it was destroyed. I note that the article starts this time with the term "the extreme right and" instead of with the customary misleading term "the settlers". Maybe Ha`aretz is trying? |
