| through the "freedom of speech". When this precious freedom is used to hurt, insult or offend another person, then it no longer is "freedom of speech", but "abusive language", which shows a person has no education nor manners nor self-control. Acting on one`s impulses never constitutes a freedom of self-expression! ALL our democratic freedoms should be used RESPONSIBLY! Democratic freedoms compliment civilized behaviour not uncultivated one. |
