| Yesh Din seems to be acting as accuser,judge and jury while taking evidence from questionable witnesses.If only 8% are indicted,maybe only 8% are indictable.Yesh Din has no more reason to question that than I do,but what I am sure of is that I`d listen to my Jewish brother before listening to testimony from people for whom mendacity is a cultural norm.
