The distortion and disinformation campaign in this year`s election campaign is going to reverberate for some time. We may as well get used to it. Secret Service will need to be beefed up.
I will be very disturbed and dismayed if we see violence starting on Wednesday, but I won`t be surprised. The anti-black, anti Arab, and Anti-Muslim rhetoric in the campaign is higher than I`ve ever seen it.
Regardless of who wins, the potential for violence is as high as I`ve seen in my 55+ years.
McCain missed the late 60s in the US. I think he may see a reenactment. |
