Some countries in the world, such as Germany, have all the rain they need. That is why Axel is not impressed with this discovery. Many other parts of the world, such as Israel and the Arab countries as well as parts of North and South America, Central and Southern Asia, Southern Africa and Australia are not so lucky. This invention will be very exciting news for people who live in those countries. Iran and the Arab world, in particular, will be wise to end their boycott of Israel so they can import it.
