| When Ivar says the Israeli public wants the Saudi plan, I doubt very much he is right. Most Jews do not want to see the end of Israel. And that is what the Saudi plan promises. Not only that, the plan says either Israel accepts the plan in full or nothing else. No discussions, no give and take. It is typically Arab, wetake, you give. I`d just like to remind people that those huge oil reserves were neither discovered nor debeloped by the Arabs. It was the work of a group of Western Oil companies, British Petroleum, Jersey Standard, Royal Dutch, Gulf Oil, etc. that discovered the oil and developed the fields and pipelines, only to be thanked in the 1950s by nationalization. |
