"Why should Israel lend support to any Arab citizens" Because they are citizens!
Are they a lot of arabs in Israel that can`t stand the country? yes. Definitely. But there are also those who are loyal and enjoy staying here. you only have to read Haaretz to see some. Just last week there was an article about a morrocan in Israel.There are also those working (and dying) in the IDF.Why do you want to lump everybody together?
As for some posters here, the guy was not apprehended for not shaking Peres hand but most likely for the comment. You cant just go calling heads of states child killers especially when you represent a body. If he did it as a person just on campus most likely people would have classified him as nuts.
Actually it`s funny cause the same people talking here about freedom of speech would be the first with the "off with his head" statements if someone like a Lieberman tried this... |
