It is not what you do, but how you do it. Timing is everything. Israel is a small country where Presidents and Prime Ministers alike are accessible to the average person. If you have a good reason, you can get an answer out of them, even if it is not the answer you want.

So this punk decided to make a scene, to meet the President and scoff in his face with a hefty audience and he is pretty much getting away with it. This is a small country, where Arabs have more freedom and more chances than the Jews the country was founded for.

After all, this is not Syria, where Kurds are rounded up and killed for asking to vote.
