Of course he has right to shake/not to shake hands.with anybody. The libel, however, is not free speech if, of course, the court decides otherwise. Peres should sue him for libel and try to get substantial monetary award to give it to some charities. Young man would learn the price of libel... simultaneously supporting the charity in his motherland Israel. Very nice.
