| I have never been to ANY country on any continent where the people I have met were not polite, gentle and gracious in dealing with me (most notably, Germany itself as anyone else can attest of a country with an extremely polite citizenry). Yet, mass murder and genocide exist on every continent. Individual behavior and mass behavior are very different things. If you can`t get your head around the concept that even "gracious" people have the capacity to hate, especially in a group, you shouldn`t bother reading the news. |
