Funny that people should object to hearing Yigal Amir, a convicted murderer, but the same people think Marwan Barghouti, a convicted murderer, should be released to run the PA.
As well, one can`t belittle the value in hearing Amir boast about killing Rabin - it simply buries the conspiracy theorists who for years have been claiming that Amir didn`t do it.
My opinion is that after the interviews are aired, both Amir and Barghouti should be locked in a dungeon somewhere where they can get their 3 meals a day and spend the rest of their lives doing nothing.
Barghouti was convicted of the multiple murders of innocent Israeli civilians. He`s not worthy of the president-in-waiting treatment he`s been getting. He`s a killer. An ugly human being who is locked away and paying the price for his crimes. Just like Amir. |
