| Pastrami is Italian, pastrama is Romanian, they`re not the same. Traian Basescu is not Antonescu, nor is his stupid or ill-considered remark as significant as the Iasi pogrom. Romania does indeed have a long, bitter history of antisemitism, alive and well today. But I really don`t think that Romania today is the country that Rozenberg describes.
