Both the Sex Worker and the customer are at risk if condoms are not used. In that case, the family of the customer is at risk as well, when he goes home and has sex with his spouse. The list of possible STD`s victims can be never ending, as the wife can become pregnant and carry a defect child. Sex worker and customer have unprotected sex. Customer has sex with his wife, contaminates her, she gets pregnant and gives birth to defective baby.
