It is the illegal nature of the trafficking that allows the owners to exploit the women, prevent them receiving the medical treatment they require, and forcing them to work without using condoms.

But the central issue is not legal or moral, but medical. Jewish men who do not practice safe sex WILL catch STDs, they WILL infect their wives or partners and it WILL NOT be possible to conceal these facts.
