| Why is it that attacks on Israel by Palestinians "break the truce", while attacks on Palestinains by settlers do not break the truce? The truce was made with Hamas and it is well known that there are other factions that are not party to it. Just as Israel cannot entirely control the settlers, Hamas cannot entirely control every faction. |
