Is there any advantage for Iran to have signed the NPT? Is there any disadvantage for Israel not to have signed the NPT? Who enforces the NPT and is there any provisions for them to do more than they are already doing? This whole NPT thing seems nothing more than a "gotcha" which can be ignored without changing the situation. As always, Israel remains the example of "bullet proof" non-cooperation.
