As Jews in a Jewish State, we normally use the convention of CE (Common Era) and BCE (Before Common Era) to denote dates, unlike Christians who use BC and AD. That haaretz chooses to routinely use the acronyms of the Christian community falls into their routine pattern of non secular, but rather reporting in the style of extreme left wingers (TA style) and non-Jewish based news media. Just a point as to the real intent and phobias inherent in haaretz reporting!
