| Howdy Akiva; "D. of I." = The American Declaration of Independence (7/4/1776) "B. of R." = The Bill of Rights which is the first 10 Ammendments of the Constitution of the United States of America which were passed by Congress at the same time as the rest of the Constitution (the Preamble and Articles) but I can`t remember the date. The Bill of Rights are the only Ammendments which were exempt from ratification by 3/4rs of the state legislatures. |
