| Syria`s border is allowed to be so open that terrorist`s from Iraq (and not all from Iraq) view it as a safe haven. So what happened was a possibility in any event. Shutting down American institutions is a diplomatic move and does not hurt the Americans, only the locals and the economy of Syria. It`s the only save facing mechanism Syria. |
