I believe that the issue is Shas`s fundamentalist and chauvinistic towards Livni - a Woman - is at the tipping point, if not the core of their attitude wrapped inside their disregard of Israeli society as a whole. The liberal majority, Israelis who want express themselves as Jews without the orthodox hegemony`s restrictions, and Women who must be given full and equal rights continue to be the real losers in each election as Likud-Meretz-Kadima-Labor MKs play partisan battles and loose the war for a just society to the black-hat men. |
