SJ,

First, Haredim pay taxes, though it may be less on account of being on the Lower income brackets. As to working, well . . . and they must have enough earned income to rate the attention of the advertising industry.

Other than that, the way the rules were set up, Yeshiva students are prevented from taking on regular jobs "because" they are expempted from serving in the IDF. Are the young men from North TA who succeed in getting 21s penalized for working, or, in turn, the young people who are told the IDF doesn`t need them?

For the record, the Haredi community is aware of the issue, and I fear, you may find more Haredi young people competing for the same well paying jobs you would like to have, and getting them, because they are often more capable than so-called Secular young people.
