| Every Saturday night when the Sabbath ends we say a havdalah it is a prayer that separates the Sabbath from the beginning of the week. in the prayer we light a candle just like the first man did on a Saturday night. As a good omen for a pleasant week we also smell nice fragrances and bless G-d over wine. |
