| "The slogan refers to both the Arabs and the ultra-Orthodox, the two major population groups that refuse to do either army service or civilian national service." That`s fine with me, but then the article says: "He has plans to plaster his new slogan on billboards in Acre and three other cities with mixed Jewish-Arab populations - Haifa, Jerusalem and Ramle." And my question is: Why just the mixed cities? Why not include every Kibutz, Moshav, or town that are either exclusively or majority full of ultra-Orthodox citizens? Israeli Arabs who have been paying into NI for many many years are being told that they might loose their payments while immigrants (RUSSIAN and others) receive similar payments the first day they arrive to Israel, don`t have to pay taxes for many years, get a free residence and many discounts on cars & other appliances at the expense of citizens (Arab & Jew) who have been struggling to make a living. Lieberman should reimburse us for these free goodies! |
