An article written by an Alaskan, Seth Kantner, ("CommonDreams.org" 21 October 2008) is really worth reading!
Seth was born in an igloo, he tells of the shortage of qualified people in Alaska for certain occupations; for instance, there was Jimmy who got a job as dog catcher because he could shoot a gun... Ian who worked one summer with computers - he landed a CEO position at a $45 million corporation... tough people in Alaska. Almost anyone can get a job as dog catcher, city planner, mayor, governor, with next to no experience.
As Seth says, `"Wake up folks. Sarah Palin is America`s bridge to no where. Get off it!" "From up here in Arctic- not left or right, but north of the campaign trail... the reality is clear and cold: When John McCain chose Sarah Palin he wrote America out of his will."
