| It`s true that the current "peace" with Egypt of the last 30 years is better than war or proxy-war, as with Hezbanon and Syria. But it is pathetic to be in a state of eternal thankfulness and obliged to please this tyrant just for having a peace treaty: Egypt has the worst anti-Semitic press, TV and cinema in the Arab world. If that is what the Saudis envision as "normalization", then it`s doubtful that it`s worth changing the status quo. |
