| She is not a candidate, and no campaign money has gone to buy her clothes or it would be on the front page of every newspaper in the nation, and no doubt in Haaretz as well. When she made a recent appearance on the View, a woman oriented morning show here in the US, as I understand it she had on a $150 dress. Now of course my wife can buy five dresses or outfits for that price, but $150 is a far cry from this Republican National Committee money, that came from donors across the country, spending at least $150,000 in a month on clothes, makeup and trinkets for the kids. A thousand far crys away... That is obscene excess. Almost four years of Sam the plumbers salary spent in one month on conspicuous luxury items when many Americans are trying to figure out how to pay the mortgage or buy gas/food. I am astounded that there are people who defend this. |
