"...both sides must condemn violence together..." - condemning does not accomplish anything. Even Arafat condemned in English what he supported in Arabic.
"The Palestinians...must stop all suicide bombings and rocket fire at Israel." - where does he think the money to buy the rockets comes from?
"...Israel to release all Palestinian prisoners, and for captive Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit to be released from the Gaza Strip." - thousands for one? I must admit, one Israeli soldier for thousands of common terrorists is an even trade!
Bottom line: Israel gives and the palestinians take. This isn`t a treaty; it`s a ransom. |
