| I never did hear the true reason why General Colin Powell was replaced by Condoleezza Rice as Secretary of State of the United States of America. I can only suspect that General Powell was forced to resign by President George W. Bush. General Powell appeared healthy and mentally alert, and therefore, the reason for Powell`s resignation did not appear to be health problems. I would define Powell`s endorsement of Obama as sour grapes. |
