Jeez, first of all, I doubt whether you are an American, and second, Colin Powell is one of the most respected Americans in modern times. His accomplishments are a testament to just how much one American can achieve, his mea culpa over the vial of white powder is proof of his humility, and you would be lucky if he would let you shine his many medals, or his shoes. Newt Gingrich also made a lucid observation about what Powell`s endorsement will mean: "What that just did in one sound bite... is it eliminated the experience argument."
