| The established facts are that the gas masks cost about $4.00 US per person per year during a 22 year refurbishing policy. However, growing children need replacements many times during their growth period and that is where the costs get high. That does not make a good arguement because excluding the additional masks needed for the growing population, masks in circulation can be dispatched by size when needed and are refurbished. |
