Confused here. I thought the olive stuff was about settlers trying to stop the Palestinian olive harvest. But the story does not say that.
It does say that Palestinians, cameramen, British and other foreign nationals, and Israelis were all picking olives. Some stones were thrown, which was denied by the police. No complaints were made. The gist of the story was that there was more resistance to cameras than there was to olives.
Were these the plain variety of olives, or the kind with the red stuff growing inside? |
