| This `tendency` by Israeli contractors not to `honour` payment to their Chinese sub-contractors is generic, especially on construction projects within the State of Israel. My experience with Chinese workers is that they are skilled, hard-working, loyal, friendly & CHEAP!!!!!! Shame on us citizens of Israel!!!!! |
