| According to usually unreliable sources at the UN, following its ignominious defeat, Iran appointed itself as President of the new UN Insecurity Council. It has been joined on this august new UN body by Somalia, Myannmar, Zimbabwe and South Ossetia. These five nations have endowed themselves with Veto Power on the Insecurity Councila and a spokesman was quoted as saying "It will be our job to ensur that no useful or intelligent decision is ever made". |
