R & D between Israel and other countries are paramount in all fields, medical,agricultural and communications for both civilian and military use.
Mr.Bamford has written some three books, the first a bit critical of the NSA. However the subsequent efforts in his last book, is nothing more than praise for an Agency, that without Israeli Technology Input would still be tapping telephone lines with a coil.
