Definitely needs a real legal definition prior to its application, which as per published report was not given - Assuming ? religious sensibility ? could be constructed to be applicable - based on media reports - should have been prevented by local / police authorities for an area of sole Jewish inhabitants. By putting up an official traffic sign ? entry closed / forbidden ?. But is this a really inhabit by J e w s o n l y ? - How the Acre court which extended police arrest of Tawfik Jamal reached its verdict? The media report does not mention any legal assistance to the arrested person, neither who assisted / caused a review / appeal before Haifa District Court! - With all due respect to the District Court?s Judge ( hopefully before a single District Court Judge ) Here are too many difficult to explain questions given juridical sanction. All these are making an independent and professional investigation of all legal matters by highest authority a necessity! - Also various media should be carefully assessed concerning their handling of this multi problematic sensible case. |
