Remember Metternich? "Diplomacy is a war by different means". Well, I say, discounting the cinycal reader, that what`s going on in the Western World could be summuerised using Metternich proposal; I propose that this is a War, an economic war, waged by mostly Western Capital (as in funds), against the transfer of Trillions of US$ to "ennemys`hands.
Look at it this way, it is disruptive in a short term, but beneficiary in the long view.
Enough clout has been lost by the West to the Petro-Camp, now is the pay back....
