Women are segregated from men, maybe for a worthy cause. One only has to see how certain gentlemen from the middle east treat their womenfolk here in Geneve. If such segregation can protect women, then this writer is pro segregation, however if its used or abused to demean women then obviously its against our civilized behavior. Maybe, its also a reverse situation a fine way of segregating the menfolk, keeping them in check. Divide and rule, plenty of menfolk fill the Religious Police cell blocks. I wonder how many women are jailed, tortured and hung every year in Iran. |
