Credit McCain for not mentioning Ayers or Palin and Obama for not mentioning Keating or Gramm. Other than that, there`s not much good to say about McCain`s performance. So much for talking softly and carrying a big stick. I think John poked himself right in the eye with that stick. When I heard the "that one" comment, I felt uncomfortable for McCain. In the context of his physical gestures, he was at best presuming a relationship with the public that he does not have and at worst he was disrespectfully referring to a fellow Senator as though he were not in the room. That "just between us good ole boys" attitude is what we`re trying to get away from. McCain was missing in action on health care and condescended to a questioner by suggesting that he (or anyone) didn`t know what Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were.
Well `my friends", I don`t know if I can help you speak more softly, but I can definitely help you sleep more comfortably. Ojamas, change you can sleep in. http://www.ojamas.us. |
