Judaism spesificly states that if the mother isn`t jewish the child isn`t jewish you cant change religious laws at will the whole idea of an organised religion is based on rules.
If the man is going to say that the idea of jews marrying jews is archaic value then surley the whole faith is because in the 21st century people are generaly much more materialistic rather than spiritual and religion in the west is not something everybody practices like the once did so how can you say one part of a religion is archaic but other parts are not?
Isnt not working on Shabbat, having days like Yom Kippur where you fast and pray to some G-D you cant see or hear ask him for forgiveness archaic?
When it comes to religion its either all or nothing you dont pick and choose which parts are relevent and which are not.
Like all religions its relevance only matters the people who believe it so the argument judaism will not be relevent any longer unless it grows doesnt add up. |
