Yosemite, Iranian regime`s only objctive is its survival. They`re not suicidal as attacking Israel w/or w/out would be the end of them. With failed ideologic, economic and social policies at home, the only way it can conjure up any credibility/lgitimacy for its grip on power was/is the exploitation of its nuke program against the outside provocations. In May 2003 the mullahs(shi*less seeing what happened to saddam) sent a comprehensive proposal to washington that included many bullet points (Recognition of Israel/nuke transparency/transforming hamas&hzbollah to social wings istead of military among others)but the neocons declined. Since then the West`s toughening of its stand has brought more power to the regimeat home & in the region.Change the narrow policy on Iran and they`ll be toppled w/out a single Israeli or American blood. New policy is the key.... |
