The revolutionary gaurds business arm probably has a lot of business contracts in making it so its very profitable to them which is another problem. Is it true Iran resupplied hezbollah three fold with missles already? Is the border that pourous and the UN force in Lebanon that ineffective? I do think, the American experience has shown it pays to have a lot of air power redundency and a willingness to go back in time and again to finish the job.
