There are some unexplained facts, if the Lithuanian Jews were murdered voluntarily as suggested by the Wiesenthal Center, it still makes little sense, that 5000 Jews (4000 in fact) have chosen to stay while it is also a very peculiar fact that Vilnius was considered as the 2nd Jerusalem for many years before the horrible crimes of the Holocaust took place.
When Wiesenthal Center chooses to use such strong words as "crocodile tears" which generalize an entire population it is only natural that strong facts and evidence would be provided. I see plenty of insinuative reasons but where are those facts and evidence?
