| protecting 6000 jewish citizens is much easier than trying to do something for 300.000 or a million citizens. hiding 6000 people across one country does not require much effort, but try hiding a million .... the Germans were pre-occupied with other countries, they did not care about the small number of danish jews, they went after the countries with a large population of jewish citizens. that is a huge difference, has nothing to do with the efforts of the danish government. |
