Nothing personal can be held against McCartny or other members of his band. But it doesn`t diminish the fact that their music is simply transient, for 1.5 generations with then exponential drop in popularity. Attracting a large crowd mostly of the same generation which was zombied with the music when they were young and only because of lack of taste caused by lack of education is not an achievement. Beatles were the pioneers in attracting large crowds by discarding achievements in real music in favor of primitivatization. Right now the same happens just in the presense of more competition, which results in smaller groups of fans of a particular band when they get older. Since it is not the music itself, maybe the fans just relive their being young, which is pretty laughing matter as well, it is already the time to grow up. Maybe the concert wasn`t free to prove Israeli jews are now in denial with their past which despised idoltry.
