| I`m afraid the world simply can`t play the role of a "fire brigade" each time Israel is getting into trouble..... In view of the fact, that Israel is THE military super-power in the region, isn`t it a bit "humiliating" for the Israeli people, if Shimon Peres has to go to New York, and ask both the U.S. and the U.N for (military) help...??? If I would be a (proud) Israeli, I would defini- tely feel a little bit "humiliated".... In the end, Israel has shown 1967 and 1973 that she would be perfectly capable of taking care of herself, if she only wanted to.... |
