| The outside enemy is their excuse for opressing their own people and allowing them to stay in power. Saddaam attacked Kuwait then started bombing Israel to unite the Arabs behind him. He knew what resonates with the Arabs.Israel allowed itself to be bombed, otherwise Saddam would still be there. |
