Lydia - the president of Iran never said that he wanted to see the demise of the US at his own hands. There is nothing wrong with saying that the Amercian Empire might be coming to an end, its only natural, empires grow and wither.
He also has not said that he wants to wipe isreal of the map with force - through political means yes but not force. There are a lot of people around the world who may not agree with that but most sensible people feel something has to be done about the palestinian people - they are the victims in this don`t forget.
Please don`t be another stereotype middle american, read around the subject a little and you may well understand somewhat more. |
