| Israel, Pakistan and India are not part of the NPT, USA is a recognize state with nuclear weapons by the NPT. Iran can enrich Uranium but with the provisions and securities that govern the NPT, Iran is not complying with those provisions. If Iran permits all provisions, securities and visits from the inspectors of the AIEA they could enrich uraniumfor peaceful purposes. |
