One cannot underestimate this gutsy woman. Shas is correct in asking for a substantial increase on child allowance, also Shas is correct, that many start up young families need financial assistance for housing.
Ms. Livni, knows that the State coffers are cash strapped.
Mr. Barak, also has laid out conditions, which again are not unreasonable.
Both Shas and Labour want a Government that addresses their needs. The question is whether Ms.Livni is prepared to deliver without getting bogged down in some political quicksand, whereby her attention to governing will be replaced by daily onslaughts on her promises. This writer believes that Ms.Livni is honest,clear and pragmatic, furthermore she will decide on whether her political agenda is more important than the safety and security of the citizens of Eretz Israel.
